Conditions for Media Accreditation
- Sending the completed accreditation form to akreditace@amkhorice.cz
- The journalist/photographer confirm his/hers latest published articles, photos, videos concerning motorsport, ideally covering the races in Horice.
- Media partners of the race, representatives of mostly read/viewed media and long-term journalists/photographers cooperating with AMK Horice.
- Sending materials (ideally a gallery of 30 best photos etc.) taken during the event until 60 days after the race to email :info@amkhorice.cz or the postal address of AMK Horice. Photos sent to other than above mentioned address will not be reflected. This condition is not compulsory for photographers working for motorcycle magazines or webs (the publication of the photos has to be proven)
- These materials will be used for the purposes of AMK Horice without the author’s royalty.
Rules for photographers
Each photograph is obliged to follow the manual for photographers. This manual will be also available in the accreditation centre before the event.
Taking photos outside the areas designated for photographers will be considered as a gross violation of the rules for photographers (especially not respecting the orders of marshals).
In case of not respecting the the orders of marshals or the Security service, the accreditation, entry tickets and photo vest will be removed and the photographer will not be accredited for the next events .
